The National Defense and Security Committee of the Egyptian House of Representatives approved a draft law submitted by the government that enables foreigners to obtain Egyptian citizenship for only ten thousand dollars.
The draft law, according to Major General Kamal Amer, to grant citizenship in return for investment or paying money in order to develop the economy while achieving national security.
