Major General Ahmed Abdallah, governor of the Red Sea, congratulated Father Mina Aziz, priest of the St. Shenouda Church in Hurgada to the rank of Hegumin.
Bishop Ilarion of the Red Sea had promoted the priest and received the governor who congratulated him on his enthronement as well as the feast of the Virgin Mary.
