The Diocese of Melbourne and its dependencies in Australia congratulated Father Jonathan Alexander, who was ordained a priest yesterday by Pope Tawadros II among 24 other priests of Cairo, Mahalla and Africa.
The new priest will minister at the church of St. Bishoy and St. Shenouda in Victoria city.
