Dr. Tawfiq Nour Eddin, Vice President of Al-Azhar University, commented on the advisory opinion of Fayza Khater, Professor of Dogma in Al-Azhar University saying that Dr. Fayza has only issued a subjective opinion.
He added that such killing fatwas are not issued by al-Azhar. This is more of an ISIS ideology, he added.
