Islam Buheiry, Islamic scholar, said that curricula of Al-Azhar are responsible for most of the terrorist attacks against the Copts for the last few years.
He added that current Sheikh of Al-Azhar Ahmed Tayeb has returned curricula inciting attack and murder of Copts after they were removed by former Sheikh of Al-Azhar Mohamed Sayed Tatntwy.
He added that current curricula teach students in Al-Azhar that killing
“the infidel” Copts is mandatory.
