Union of Coptic Organizations in Europe condemned the decision to grant Sheikh Abu Islam and his son stay of execution after they were convicted of insulting Christianity.
It added in a statement that such decision shows how much Christians are persecuted in Egypt by both the state and the judicial system, which encourages other people to insult Christianity as much as they want.
