A limited fire has in the Church of Archangel Michael in Nag Hammadi after a fire broke out in some of the coffins prepared for funerals in case of deaths. The President of the Evangelical community said: We share the feelings of pain with the Lebanese people, and we stand in solidarity with them in this humanitarian catastrophe, and we pray to God to grant condolences and patience to the families of the victims and the speedy recovery of the injured.

The Criminal Court of Minya is going to issue its final verdict in the case of Lady of Karm village on August 24. Churches of Tima reopened today after 4 month of closure due to the spread of Corona virus. Bishop Isaac of Tima said that only 50 people are able to attend each Holy Mass in the grand churches, and 25 in the chapels, and everybody have to follow the rules of social distancing and wearing masks.

After three months of disappearance, the Coptic woman Rania Abdel-Messiah returned Yesterday to her family. She appeared happy with her family that denied all rumors about her conversion into Islam and thanked Bishop Benyamin of Menofia for supporting them during the crisis.

He described this action as threat to Christianity. Kirill said in a statement issued by his press office: I am very concerned about calls by some Turkish politicians to review the status of the Hagia Sophia as a museum.
