Father Stephen Shehata, Agent of Diocese Samalot said that Minya police is subject to the terms of the extremists.
He added that they put their conditions to prevent building the church even though it obtained the due permissions.
The extremists decided to allow building one floor without a cross or a dome with small door. They also decided to supervise the building process and prevent the Christians from trying to rebuild the church once again even if it was attacked! Such conditions should be signed in contract to be put in action for life time!
