CAIRO - Egypt's Higher Administrative Court Saturday upheld a ruling issued earlier by another court banning the security guards, posted by the Minister of the Interior, on the nation's public universities.
The court also turned down filed by the Prime Minister and the ministers of the interior and higher education against the ruling, which orders the Ministry of Higher Education to set up security units to replace those affiliated to the Ministry of the Interior.
