Campaign to raise awareness about the constitution said that illiteracy has dominated the voting process and greatly affected its results.
Hassan Kamal, general coordinator of the campaign, said that illiterates were the most to vote "Yes" in referendum during the second phase of voting on the constitution draft as they couldn't read or write, and were driven to vote "Yes".
