Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, said during his weekly sermon that he is going to visit the Vatican with a delegation of bishops on May 10, in order to congratulate the Pope of Rome.
He added that a similar visit was paid 40 years ago by His Holiness Pope Shenouda III on May 10, 1973.
It’s worth mentioning that the Pope is going to celebrate the Holy Week in St. Mark cathedral, Abbassya.
