Another catastrophe taking place in the Egyptian judiciary yards, after the disappearing of evidence the in many cases.
Al-Ruby Gomaa, Secretary of Ghad al-Thawra party in Assiut revealed the file disappearance of case No. 7033/65 of the Administrative Court of the State Council that he made to cancel the decision of choosing 50% of the founding committee of the Constitution from the members of the People's Assembly and Shura Council. Upon heading to the court yesterday, he didn’t find the file. So, he reported the Attorney General against the officials responsible for losing the file.
