Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.
That quote was by Colin Powell, a vessel of wise words. Has anyone paused to wonder if the problem with Egypt is its lack of leadership? Does any one of Egypt's citizens feel like they can approach Morsi with a problem they have?
Food for thought. Can Morsi distinguish himself as a leader mentioned above, or have we found the root cause for the downfall of Egypt?
